At Black Market Gelateria, we craft our gelato using the legendary 1927 Effe machine by Otello Cattabriga—the first of its kind to use the patented “Stir and Stick” system. This revolutionary method creates a uniquely smooth, well-textured gelato that honors the artistry of traditional Italian craftsmanship.
